What are mappings

Mapping in TrilogyID is an essential feature that tailors the user onboarding experience. It links users to their respective locations, departments, roles, and digital assets such as shared mailboxes, ensuring appropriate access levels.

Starting with Mappings

  • Begin with a Blank Slate: Start creating mappings from scratch, ideal for unique setups.
  • Model on existing users: Use existing user setups as templates to build your mappings.
