Changing PowerApp Connections
TrilogyID utilises the Microsoft PowerApps connections to integrate with:
- SharePoint
- Exchange
- Planner
- Approvals
In the event that the person who set up TrilogyID has left the organisation, or a new Account is desired to be used for communication of User OnBoard and OffBoarding requests the connection can be updated to a new account.
Permissions required
The user account that is being changed to will need to have elevated privileges to the PowerApps environment.
An account who is already a System Administrator will need to assign System Administrator privileges to the new account while the change is being implemented, after which the permissions should be removed.
